Cross-border E-commerce China-made Hanfu promotion research |

Abstract
Cross-border E-commerce is booming now. Although the damage of COVID-19 pandemic, the love for dressing well still resides within peoples’ mind. Hanfu industry arose in recent ten years, and created an astonishing selling result in China. There exist great market potentials overseas across the global. Taking the Amazon web platform as an example, we extracted buyer comments to find out the requirement and preference of Hanfu followers. We tried to extract useful information from the comments and implemented those comments using J48 decision tree in Weka tool. We found meaningful keywords in user comments which are either positive or negative. Hanfu sellers could modify the key service points such as quality of goods, more precise product information and more efficient product service, which can be used as a reference for promotion Hanfu overseas via cross-border e-commerce.
